Sim to Esim iPhone 12 pro

Hi, 

I’ve been waiting for 4 days for esim to activate I,ve spent all morning on Telstra messager no solution!. I also called Telstra customer support they say it’s takes 24hrs I’m still waiting... is there any help from Telstra?

If you get stuck then I can only recommend getting back in touch with support to check on the order via the My Telstra App messaging service (link here https://tel.st/7r5t7). Just click on the "Get Help" menu icon and then click on the "Message Us" button and type "eSim Activation error" and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you with this. 
 

If you get stuck on the Codi chat bot, you can type "Consultant" to get through to a team member. 


You can also try calling on 132200 but wait times are long, you may find calling early from 7am AEST might get you through.
