I switched from a Pre-paid to a plan and was assured I wouldn’t lose my 100G of data I had stored, but I did. I want it back! I keep getting stuck in this stupid loop on the support app so can someone please help.

Did you switch to a Post Paid plan? Post Paid plans do not have a Data Bank.
If that's the case, you can't get it back and it wouldn't do you any good as it can't be used on a Post Paid plan.

Did you switch to a Post Paid plan? Post Paid plans do not have a Data Bank.
If that's the case, you can't get it back and it wouldn't do you any good as it can't be used on a Post Paid plan.
