Telstra 24/7 app

The Telstra 24/7 app on my iPhone 5S is no longer displaying the phones usage ( I am on a prepaid plan). Since this problem started some two weeks ago I have download and a reinstalled the app twice but still I am getting the message that this service is unavailable due to "technical difficulties".

 

Any suggestions other than Testra has a problem?

Hi DB22,

There is a known problem at the moment with the 24/7 app not working for a lot of people. 

 

Another way to view your usage is typing m.telstra.com into your browser on your mobile.  

I am NOT a Telstra employee and never have been. However, I AM a customer who volunteer's my time in the hope to help someone with their question.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
