Telstra iPhone Online Unlocking Website Faulty

Hi There,

 

Just advising that Telstra iPhone unlocking page is faulty and has been for some time. I have tried using this service for the past 6 months using different computers and mobiles and I get the same error

 

"It looks like something's wrong. We're looking into it and we'll have things up and running as soon as possible.
Please try again shortly."

 

Could you please have this fixed. I have atleast 30 iPhones I need unlocked and it is significantly quicker to just use the website than it is to call up and have it unlocked.

Are they all iPhone 4 or older and all were on plans?
