Telstra mobile protect not showing in my telstra app

I have just installed the My telstra app onto my phone but cant find the Mobile protect feature on the app to remove a blocked number. Cant do it on the website as the site is broken. I have raised a complaint over this but its taken months and still not working

Manage plan and allowances not working

Who here is having issues with the Manage plan and allowances  section of the my account. I raised a complaint but still has not been fixed Can telstra fix this as i urgently need to unblock a number

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to Account Information.

 

You will need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. You do not need to be logged in to the app to use the Messaging function and to mark the message as urgent, tap on the 3 dots in the top right of the messaging screen.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

well that not very helpful. I asked if any one has or is having the same issue

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
