Telstra One Number Subscription with Apple Watch Series 5

I have been trying to subscribe to my Telstra One Number to set up my Series 5 watch for over a month now. No one seems to be able to tell me why I can’t subscribe. I have wasted hours & hours on this. It has been escalated with Telstra multiple times, each time I have to give them all the same details again, troubleshoot all the same things again, wait for them to get back to me just to have them tell me they need to escalate it again, all to get no result each time. It has been escalated with Apple & there is no fault with the watch, JBhifi replaced the watch just to be 100% sure there was no issue & I’m having the exact same problem with the new watch. Tonight I have just gone through the whole thing again via the message app with Telstra & again it’s been escalated with a 2-5 day wait on them to get back to me. It can’t be that hard!
