Hi HMS2, not a lot of info? but:
- Check that you do have reasonable mobile coverage as indicated by the number of black bars in the signal strength "Rainbow" top right? If that's Ok, check:
- tap on Settings and check that "Aeroplane Mode" is not green (You line), then
- tap on Settings> Mobile> and check that you have "Mobile Data" turned ON (Green)
- Can you send texts and make phone calls
and - one of the most embarrassing common problems is that you have no credit (pre-paid) or have not paid the bill (Post Paid)
