Telstra Stay Connected

My phone was dropped from a two story stair case. I have stay connected on my contract and have done it before. My only worry is that I cant into the broken phone to turn off the Find My Iphone feature. I know that I will be charged a fair amount if its still on when I send it back so my question is how do I inform them that I cant turn it off?

I have requested a replacement phone via telstra's 'stay connected' service. When you send the damaged phone back you need to turn off the Find My Iphone feature and it you don't you get charged an excessive amount. Because I cant access my phone to turn that feature off, I need to know how I can avoid getting charged for it being on? Hope that makes sense.

Hope you were able to get this one sorted. Our Stay Connected team are aware that in some instances you won't be able to turn off the Find My iPhone feature. In future, I would recommend reaching out to our Stay Connected team directly, they can be reached by calling in on 132200 and asking for Stay Connected.
