Unlock eSim

I am living in east Timor and want to transfer my current service to the eSim on my Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and use a local sim as well. I have tried to transfer my service to the eSim but my eSim is locked for some reason. I have asked telstra but they want me to attend a store, that I cannot do from here. Is it possible to unlock the eSim without requiring to go into a store?

To activate an eSIM, you need to scan the QR code. This needs to either be posted to you, or done in a Telstra Store.

 

I don't believe that the QR code can be posted to an overseas address.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
