Unlock iPhone 4S

Hello I bought the Iphone 4s, I was told that he is not bound to the operator. But it turns out I was deceived, and he just have not worked with your network. I live in Russia andcan not contact your customer support. Tell me what do I do?

iPhone unlocking is generally free of charge with Telstra. There are, howerver, circumstances where there may be a charge. You can contact Telstra from overseas by dialling +61 2 9242 0570. Information on iPhone unlocking in general can be found here. If you have any difficulties, please contact the seller with this information.
