Upgrading mobile phones

How does a business upgrade it's mobile phones when it comes to the end of a contract? I've tried the messaging services twice and they can't seem to help - the second time they told me I need to contact sales but gave me not details??? I tried ringing and that dropped out. Or do should we try another provider???

You should be able to do it through your online account, or go into a Telstra store.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I can't seem to find the upgrade plan section of 'your telstra tools'
