Waiting for iPhone 12 Pro

It’s been over two weeks since the order of my iPhone 12 Pro was created! And still there is NO UPDATE or time frame other than 4 weeks or 6 weeks! Anyone else on the same boat because Telstra has NOT fulfilled their end of the deal by providing service plus the iPhone. I should not be paying for any bill even if it was a service bill at all!
