where's my phone?

HI,

 

I successfully purchased my phone on the 10th of October and am still yet to recieve any information regarding my order from telstra, i did however recieve in the mail information welcoming me to telstra and outlining my contract, yet remain unaware as to where my phone is and when i will be getting it. 

 

Any help would be much appreciated

Did you get a confirmation email when you ordered? That should have a reference number in it which could be used to identify your order. If not, there may be some sort of reference in the mail you got (account # or service # etc). If you can get any of those, you could try calling Telstra, or go to Live Chat and try to sort it out, from what I've heard the Live Chat team are really helpful.

i recieved a confirmation email that gave me an account number but so far that's the only email i've recieved

i'll give live chat a go now

Amazing apparently all/most of the orders made on the 10th of October are missing, so my order is now being reprocessed nearly 2 weeks after it was successfully made.

ah well at least something is happening now.

 

Also the live chat team member was extremely helpful and able, a great service.
