I have new phone feeling and ordered a new phone. When I ordered it online I received a confirmation email and it said was going to be sent to my home address that I lived at 3 years ago. I am living in a new home and my telstra has my new address.
How do I ensure it gets sent to my new home and why would it be sent to an old home address?
