Wrong phone ordered
Hi. I just ordered a new iPhone but I accidentally ordered the iPhone 12 mini instead of the regular iPhone 12.
Is there any chance I could change this?

If there isn't a message option on online sales screens, you can use the My Telstra App and go to Get Help and click on the blue Message icon in the bottom right corner.....and type that you need so speak to an Online sales consultant.
