Wrong phone sent

Hello, I have been given a case No in regards to a phone that was ordered using my Telstra points. I ordered a IPhone 12 but an IPhone mini was delivered. I reported this to Telstra @ Frankston & they put in a case for me. My case # is 08413332. I have not heard back from anyone. I want to get this sorted so the phone can be returned. Can you please help??

When was the case submitted? It normally takes 5 business days to get an initial response from a Case Manager.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
