Apple 5 Watch

Apple 5 watch associated with our iPhone 7 will not receive calls when phone is off. We have checked all settings with Apple and they confirm they are correct. Please assist with the issue.

No. The watch was only purchased on Saturday and it has never been able to receive calls. We have been back to Telstra Noosaville on 3 separate times to have the matter resolved which they couldn’t. They advised us to contact support via My-Telstra which we have (Ref: INT-123-16137437052) and they were unable to help. They suggested we call 132200 to have the matter escalated to a “Level 2”.

It might be useful to eliminate the phone and do a Network Reset.
