What are you trying to cancel?

By the sounds maybe one of the footy apps, afl or nrl? If so if you subscribed through the app it is cancelled through the app or you App Store provider, if it was via the website it is cancelled via the website.

Which subscription are you trying to cancel?
Also, what is the description next to the charge on your statement as this will determine what the next step is.
