Haven't Received my iPhone but order marked as complete
I ordered an iPhone 11 through JB HiFi over two weeks ago and have still not received it. Telstra has marked my order as complete, however I was never provided with a StarTrack tracking number and the person at JB Hifi could also see none against my account. I can't get through to Telstra, have no tracking number for StarTrack. What do you suggest I do?
