IOS 13.5 gives error message when trying to connect to Gen 2 Wifi booster

Upgraded my Iphone 7 to IOS 13.5 & get error message "Passcode Incorrect" when I try to connect to Gen 2 WiFi booster.

When wife's Iphone X, IPad, My Ipad, my apple watch, an old Iphone 5 & a Galaxy Tab all connect ok when I move within range of either my Gen 2 Modem or at the other end of the house to my Gen 2 WiFi Booster.

When I get the error msg on my Iphone 7 I get the "share Password" dialog on my Ipad, which appears to work ok but I still get the error msg "Wrong Password".  I've tried to enter the Password manually without success, I still get the error Msg "Wrong Password".

Before I upgraded to IOS13.5 my iPhone 7 worked ok.

Any one able to help?

By the way my iPhone 7 connects to the Gen 2 Modem WiFi no problem.

Go to general reset then reset network settings

Hi Anonymoose,

I have reset network settings. Unfortunately it did not help, I still have the same problem. I can log onto the Gen 2 smart router modem ok but not on to the Gen 2 WiFi booster. All my other devices change from one to the other as I move from one end of the house to the other. Consequently I get a poor WiFi connection at the booster end of the house. 
Thanks for you help, I’m to try anything else.
