I ordered an iPhone 11 online a couple of weeks ago. Received the number and everything via email. Tried to track the order via startrack and tracking number not found. I expected delays with the virus but yesterday I received a bill for a phone I haven't received yet I don't even know if its been sent yet. I cannot seem to be able to talk to an actual human via the app or phone.
Ive had the exact same issue, was never advised of any delays other than COVID tracking but that's well and truly not an issue anymore. Took me 2 weeks to get in touch with anyone other than the chat bot (who was absolutely useless). Finally got in touch last night after searching profusely through the web and was rudely advised that the I phone is on back order (out of stick which I was never advised) with no ETA. They have deadset lost the plot, so I too am paying for a phone I don't have - ridiculous
