iPhone 11 Pro max delivered to wrong address

I am very disappointed after waiting for more than 2 weeks for my phone to be finally despatched by Telstra, I have found out that my phone has been sent to the wrong address in a different state according to StarTrack. I have no idea how things can go wrong and I have received no updates regarding my order.
