iPhone XS on SOS only

My iPhone XS is showing SOS only on both the personal and business lines?

i have checked the settings and network selection is in automatic. I have checked my Telstra account and it is up to date. I have powered off the phone and reinserted the physical Sim.

Not sure what else to do?

Re: iPhone XS on SOS only

Hello,

What do you mean exactly by personal and business lines please?

Have you recently done a software update?

Recently, there was an update that caused network issues.

If not, please check if one is ready to download and install.

If that's not the case, do a Network Reset and a reboot.  Leave the phone off for 10 minutes.

Next, is to do a back up and a full factory reset.

If I have helped you, a "Like" would be appreciated.

If my advice is a solution, please acknowledge it.

Re: iPhone XS on SOS only

It could be a local outage, you can check at https://outages.telstra.com

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
