Messagebank locked

I went on to my voicemail to change my greeting to the computer generated voice.  Voicemail advised there was a problem then hung up. Now every time I try to call 101 it says ‘someone is already logged in to your messagebank’ and hangs up.  Do you know how I can get rid of the lock and enable the activation of the auto greeting without the same issue happening over again.  Thanks
