Telstra One

My Apple Watch series 5 (GPS & cellular) won’t connect to Telstra. Unable to set up Telstra One account via mobile (iPhone 11 Pro). Called Telstra several times - they cannot set this up over the phone. Was told to go to Telstra store. Went to two different stores - they cannot set up Telstra One account for me. How do I do this if Telstra can’t help. And both phone and watch have been updated and paired and unpaired several times. No luck at all. Help. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks

There have been several similar posts the last 2 or 3 days. It was reported by another customer that the problem has now been resolved. Apparently it was/ is a server issue.
