Telstra Spam

WHen Telstra  was asked by myself  (ombudsman complaint) from sending me SPAM marketing messages   I find  that  iam still getting them sent to my  phone yet again . What  part of  NO does Telstar not  understand .   Its  like Andrew Penn
CEO  helped  before  but  I find it a  bloody  shame  that  one  has  to go that  high in a company  before  any action is  taken.

Are you saying you wanted to opt out of Telstra marketing and had arranged that via a TIO complaint but are still getting SMS from Telstra regarding sales of Telstra services?
