6 month free trial

I accessed the 6 month free trial with telstra, i was then charged on my telstra account for it. I called and had the charge taken off however this then cancelled the apple membership. When I go in to join through telstra again to access the free time, it doesnt mention about it being free. I have gone through to access again however my apple music subscription keeps getting cancelled.

Anyone else had this and any idea to resolve?

You can resume your Apple Music subscription within My Account http://tel.st/cpyn or the Telstra 24x7 app http://tel.st/app:

  1. Log in to My Account or the Telstra 24x7 App
  2. Select your Mobile service
  3. Click the Add-ons tab
  4. Add Apple Music

Please note, time spent in a cancelled state will count towards your trial period.
