Apple Music not linking. Telephone support seems to not know the issue.
Ok so when I try to link my Telstra Apple Music with my Apple ID, I cannot.
Firstly when I click your link provided to me via SMS. I get this screen:
Winner YES?!?! Nope. It does not link. It just sits at this screen doing nothing once I put in my password. Upon calling Telstra phone support they want me to 'reinstall Apple Music'. This is impossible. I have also been into both the Apple store and Telstra store and they both blame each other. I have all the latest updates and even when it seems 'linked' I still get the following screen.
I also do not have a current subscription as it has expired (I cancelled it upon receiving Telstras offer.
