Apple Music on Mac

Hi,

Recently I cancelled my 3 Months free Apple Music subscription as I've taken up a Telstra offer of 24 months free apple music.

 

I have attached the offer to my iTunes music apple id 

 

When i launch iTunes on my Mac i get the message " you are no longer subscribed to apple music"

then deletes all my music.

 

If i log in and download all the music again after a few hours it deletes itself again!

 

Why doesn't iTunes detect that i have the 24 month offer???

Hi Matt, when you log into the My Account portal at https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home does it show the Telstra subscription as being active? If not, then our teams via http://tel.st/hsc3 can have the Telstra trial set up on your account. If so, then removal of the app and reinstallation may help - when you log in with your Apple ID again it should recognise the Telstra subscription as being in place
