Apple Music Subscription cancellation not working (24x7 My Account)

Hi,

 

Your Apple Music Subscription cancellation via 24x7 My Account website doesn't seem to be working.

 

Made the request for cancellation through 24x7 My Account website on the 23rd Dec 2016 (when first notified of trial ending) - Request status was set to Pending on the website and first processing SMS was received however since then no follow up cancellation SMS was received. Have tried multiple times since as logging in and out of the site also reverts the Apple Music Membership status back to active (even though it should be Pending or even Cancelled by now).
