Apple Music Trial

Every time I try to get the app there is a "Technical Issue - please try again in a few minutes" box comes up. Well, after 3 days I wonder if Telstra are asleep at the wheel again, or it's my phone. Either way I would like to know.

When initially activating the offer via your My Account, are you sent an SMS?

No, I didn't.

Got the offer by sms but everything went pear shaped when I got to the point of downloading the Apple music app.

Just keep getting tht "Technical difficulties", come back in a few minutes- bull**bleep**.

What is the status of the offer in your My Account? 

The offer is not going to relate to the app in anyway. Have you been able to speak to Apple about the app? Do you have an iPad with the app?
