Apple Music verifying issue

Hi, I am having problem on the Apple Music Apps in my Samsung Note3 device. My Telstra online account shows I have the 12 months free memberships. I check with Apple Music Support and they confirmed my apple music subcription is expired. I can log in to my apple music app on my phone, I can listen the music, but it won't let me download any music as under the membership section it shows "Expired". 

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd suggest contacting the Billing Team via Live Chat and asking them to remove, then re-add the subscription for you.

There are a number of threads in CrowdSupport where this has resolved issues such as this for others.
