I have purchased an iPhone 7 from Telstra. At the time of purchase I was offered a free trial of Apple Music. I didn't accept the offer as I have used it before and didn't like it. Anyway, when I opened the Music app (the native iTunes music player) I get a screen asking me to enter a code to activate my free trial of Apple Music. I've called Telstra and asked for it to be turned off and I was told "it's all fixed, may take 24 hours to finalise" for a few weeks afterward everything seemed fine. Now just recently it has started again and this morning I had a screen pop up immediately after opening Music asking me to verify my Apple ID. I called Telstra and they say it's not there problem and to call Apple. I call Apple, they investigate my device and say "you mobile service provider has turned on a free trial for you". Has anyone else had this problem or know how to turn it off? As it is supposedly a free trial it doesn't appear in the subscription menu for the iTunes store yet.

Re: Apple Music
Welcome to Crowd Support 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that there have been issues with this Apple Music service and do apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused 😞 Do you have the Apple Music App available on your handset at all? Are you able to enter into the settings and ensure that any subscription listed there as being active has been cancelled or stopped?
I do have the FAQ's for this service available at:
This does have some steps for having this cancelled that you can run through as well, so please do let us know how you go?
