End of 6 months free Apple Music

Free 6 months Apple Music coming to an end, no option to cancel it after the 6 months all I got was a text saying it would be charged to my bill after it’s up.
I never used it and would rather the option of canceling it then say it will be charged to me
Cheers

Was this helpful?

Re: End of 6 months free Apple Music

Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear you were unaware of the subscription fee after month free trial. I can understand this would have been abit of a shock for you, please see more information about this in our CIS http://tel.st/3s3rq;

Usually, you need to log into your MyAccount http://tel.st/ascqk or the 24x7 App http://tel.st/fmv8w to add this service onto your account, you can also check the status of your subscription so you can unsubscribe before you are charged when the trail ends.

While you are in My Account, you can also remove the Apple Music subscription which can be done by clicking on your mobile number and scrolling down to the add on section where you will see Apple Music and then click 'manage' and then remove.

Please let me know how you go or if you have any further questions.

-Zoe
