Lost Apple Music subscription

Telstra automatically upgraded my mobile to a new plan and I've lost my apple music it says I'm not subscribed I have been for a couple of years??

I’ve not changed phones or plans but this morning I have the same issue. I’ve had Apple Music for years then suddenly this morning all my music has gone and I keep getting asked if I want to join Apple Music?!?! If you don’t mind I’m going to follow along to see if you get any answers.

I'm also in the same boat. Currently impossible to contact anyone from Telstra.
