Told I can't have the subscription.
I remember getting a few emails about the 6 month free subscription, completely forgot but then I saw it today online while changing my email address. I've never had it before.
I signed up and then got an sms say ring.
I rang and they are saying I can't have it.
When she told me I couldn't she first said something about the offer in 2015, then changed that to 2016 two sentences later.
The offer is there for everyone, I can see it all over the place.
Why can't I have it?
