I have been in contact with Telstra many times not only in-store but also over the phone and on their messaging service. Every time I have done so I have been told this is an internal issue and we are working on having it resolved and so far nothing. Today I got a call from telstra about said service being overdue (I was told by a customer service rep that I didn’t have to pay it as they had put in the notes what was going on) when I followed the prompts to talk to a representative I was put on hold as normal however I was then hung up on. This is beyond a joke, I have been patient for over two years now. I would really appreciate this being resolved before my contract is up...
