Use to get a paper bill. Got charged $2 for non electronic transaction. Telstra asked to send my bill via email. Pay bill at post office but because l do not direct debit they stillccharge me $2 for non electronic payment. Hey it's my money in my bank account, who are you to tell me how to spend it and then charge me me if you don't like it. How about I charge you because you don't have an office at m frfront door. It's things like this that have people so pissed off with telstra. Stuff looking after the customer and goodwill. Anything for a buck hey
