Accessory Add On?

Hi All, 


I have an apple watch added onto my phone plan, and I have no idea how long much I have left, or how much I have paid. 


I can not find any information on the telstra app, I can't ring and I can't chat with anyone but a bot. 


I got a new phone in January in store and they were unable to help me either, and told me I need to ring up to find out.
