accidentally paid my bill twice

Hi I have accidentally paid my bill twice so its taken 2 lots of money from my bank. I was just wondering is there any way I can get my money back?

The 2nd post in this thread outlines Telstra's stance on overpayments. Generally they hold onto it for a future invoice. This is probably because of the time it takes to process a refund.
