Account address changed without authorisation
Trying to get some sense from Telstra as to why my address was changed on my account without authorisation, requested a new invoice as the invoice sent was missing data and addressed to an address in Queensland when I live in Victoria. Telstra have said they have posted a new invoice but this has not been received. Telstra representative are not telling the truth about my account and have threatened me with fees if I don’t pay the incorrect invoice. I have a contract with Telstra which relies on them sending me a invoice and me paying that correct invoice. They make it extremely difficult to contact anyone who can actually answer your questions.

How did you find out that the address had been changed to one in QLD?.
Accounts have a facility for consultants to make notes when changes are made.
Presumably Telstra Support could at least provide a straight answer on how the address was changed (to one in QLD).
