you make it so hard to contact you its unbelievable,  but im not supprised. i have just recieved my latest bill from you, as i use my equipment and my time to access you, i will from NOW be putting a fee of $2.00 on this task,  i will send you an invoice accordingly.  you can either credit the amount to my account or i will provide you with bpay details.  if you can do it so can i.
