Account has disappeared

We recently cancelled our Telstra account for internet and entertainment and are owed $15. Our account with this credit has now disappeared from your website. I do not have the Telstra App and do not want to load it onto my phone either.

How do I claim my credit?

Thanks for reaching out. If the credit has come off your account this is likely because our systems have issued a cheque refund to your billing address. This should come through to your within 3 to 5 business days.
