Account in credit

Hi,

I have an account for internet services <account number removed to protect your privacy> which is in credit. The problem is that this account is closed and I keep receiving account statements, which obviously tell me the account is in credit.

However, I have an active internet account <removed to protect your privacy> which will be ongoing.

Is it possible to transfer the credit from account <removed>? This would permit account <removed> to be closed and finalised. Can you advise? Thanks.
