Account Query

I have been on line with the chat platform for over a day now and Telstra customer service does not come back to me and every few hours a new person takes over and you start from the beginning each time. Telstra support has to be the worst out there absolutely pathetic !!!!!

The online chat consultants are able to read the past comment on chat and should not need to go over the query each time. Some of them are very good and do their job properly and some are quite lazy and don't do what they are supposed to be doing.

 

A Telstra Store might be an option for resolving your query if it is something straight forward (like having a charge explained).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
