My Telstra account has been suspended so I can’t pay the bill to my account

There are multiple ways you can pay an overdue account. You can see them here https://tel.st/9er5e. Then you can report your payment here https://tel.st/qlzb2. Once your paid up, we will un-suspend your account and services.
