Account Suspension for ADF deployed member

Hi,

I'm deploying for 9 months shortly thus will not be using my mobile service for security reasons.

Is the suspension of account option still available for ADF members ?

Am i able to continue my NETFLIX subscription for my dependants at home as this is paid out of my plan?

Send a message using the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and someone should respond to your query in a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Yes it is. I'm currently deployed and I have suspended my service (although Telstra still keep on sending bills; I just contact them and they sort it again)

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
