Account terminated still billed, now at collections

Hi. I terminated a mobile wifi account, paid all bills and Telstra continued adding amounts. Made agreement to return wifi device to end and finalise account. Was receiving calls at inconvenient times, ignored as no amount was remaining on my bill, now my 'final' balance has been sent to collections. Please help.

Call 132200 and say "Credit Management" at the prompt.


If you can't get through there, lodge a formal complaint via as the regular frontline consultants will not be able to assist.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
