Hi, to anyone who might understand.

Been trying to look at my internet usage, says it is not available for the last 3 weeks. Today I log in and no accounts exist ???.Went through a lot of run around from one page to the other,none were helpful or could tell me why all the nothing available is happening.Tried the 24/7 chat with codi the cockhead who tells me no humans available..Plus it could not tell me a thing.So where does that leave us,,can't ring Telstra,,can't get live chat,, can't get to see my billing or usage...But it did tell me how they have made things better and so simple to use and see my billing and usage,,,shame it did not tell me where or how??????.

Is it just me or is everyone getting f#*ked over by Telstra.. I think Carl Barron was right when he said there name should be F#*king Telstra...
