Activated my SIM but recharge not applied, and support's not working

I activated a prepaid broadband sim and paid for a $30 recharge at the same time. The sim is activated but the $30 credit has not been applied. I really would like to start using the service. There seems to be no way to speak to a person via phone, web chat sends me to the app, and the app gives the message "we can't display your account, wait a few minutes before trying again".
